Q. How long do I have to make a return?

A. You need to make contact with us within 14 days of the date of purchase by emailing orders@ellej.com.au.  Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange request. You can also phone us to discuss on 0747 798198.  Once your return has been approved we will provide you with a return authorisation.

 

Q.  Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

A.  Refunds are not available if you change your mind.  You will be offered an exchange or a store credit on full priced items only.  Store credits are valid for a period of 3 months and exclude postage costs.

 

Q.  How do I return my item/s for an exchange or store credit?

A.  When your return is approved we will provide you with a return authorisation number and return address detail.  You will be required to cover and shipping costs associated with returning the item/s.   Please ensure the items are returned unused and with the original packaging and swing tags in place.  Elle J accepts no responsibility for returns which have been lost in transit via your postal service, so please consider the option of having your parcel tracked.

 

Q.  What if I change my mind on an item I have purchased on sale?

A.  Change of mind returns are not available on sale items.

 

Q.  What if my item is faulty?

A.  If you receive an items which is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email - orders@ellej.com.au.  Please include your order details, details of the fault and supporting photos.  We will then determine the options available to have your item repaired or replaced.  Where a repair or replacement is not available, you may choose from a refund or a store credit.
