Shipping + Handling


Q. How much is shipping?

A.  Shipping + Handling to all Australian States is a flat rate of $10.95 per order for regular orders.  Regular orders exclude things like furniture or bulky items.  If your order contains bulky items we will contact you and invoice you seperately for any additional shipping costs prior to your order bring dispatched. Any additional shipping will need to be paid for prior to your order leaving our store or our suppliers warehouse.  FREE Shipping is applied to standard orders over $140 excluding shipping and is for Australian delivery addresses only.  All free shipping orders will be delivered by Australia Post Regular Service or Fastway Couriers.  Should you require your order urgently you have the option to pay for additional express shipping.  Paying for Express Shipping automatically takes your order to the front of the packing queue ensuring it will leave our warehouse and will be on its way to you in a matter of a few hours.


Q.  When will my order be shipped?

A.  Place your order prior to 1pm Queensland time Monday - Friday and your order will be shipped the same day.  All orders placed after 1pm on Friday and during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.  This includes express delivery orders.


Q.   I need my order urgently, do you offer an express service?

A.  Yes we do offer an express service via Australia Post Express Parcel Post. This is a flat rate of $18.95 for regular orders.  When selecting this option your order is upgraded by our packing team and as long as we receive your order prior to 1pm Queensland time your order will be shipped the same day.


Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?

A.  Your order is being shipped from Townsville, Queensland.  We are outside the next day delivery zone for Australia Post.  We allow up to 3 days for deliveries within Queensland, 5-7 days for Eastern states and up to 7-10 days for Western Australia.


Q.  Can I order online and then pick up my order in-store?

A.  You sure can!  If you are based in Townsville or have friends or family locally we offer FREE local pick-ups. As much as we love to see all our customers visit us in-store we know how hard it can sometimes be to bring the kids out or if you are working. Our online store and FREE local pick-up option gives you the extra convenience of being able to shop at midnight in your pj's if you want too! When you   check-out just ensure you select FREE local pick-up and we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.


Q.  When can I pick up my order in-store?

A.  We will contact you by email and phone to let you know your order is ready for collection when the store pick up option has been selected.

Our retail store is open 7 days a week and is located at:

Store Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am - 4.00pm

Sunday: 10.00 - 1.00pm


Q.  Who do you use to ship my order?

A.  To keep our shipping costs as low as possible we use a combination of Australia Post services and Fastway Couriers. A residential address or business street address is required for shipping as our couriers are unable to deliver to Po Boxes.

Q.  How much is shipping for furniture or bulky orders?

A.  We will obtain up to 3 quotes for shipping costs depending on your location to ensure we are able to provide the most economical shipping quote.  Any additional payments for shipping can be made via credit card over the phone or via a Paypal invoice which we will send you.


Q.  What if my order is damaged in-transit?

A.  All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged for shipping.  Where you are required to sign for your delivery - please check the parcel for signs of damage and make the delivery person aware of the damage prior to signing.  Once you have signed the courier cannot be held liable for compensation.   We unfortunately cannot accept any liability for items which have been damaged or lost in transit.
