Shipping and Handling

STANDARD ORDERS

We offer FREE SHIPPINGon all standard orders over $150

REGULAR Shipping is $9.95 per order.

EXPRESS POST Shipping is $14.95 per order.

BULKY ITEM ORDERS

Bulky items include products such as nappy bags, Moover prams and moses baskets. These products may incur a shipping surcharge (capped at $10) which will be added during checkout.

We use Australia Post's E-parcel service for both regular and express post parcels.

Place your order by 1pm AEST Monday to Friday and your order will be shipped that day.


Orders placed after 1:00 pm AEST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

We currently ship to all Australian States and territories only.

Unfortunately international shipping is not available.

Your order is shipped using the Australia Post E-Parcel service from our warehouse in Townsville, North Queensland. Postcode 4814.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit on all FULL priced items within 14 days of purchase where you change your mind or make an incorrect sizing selection.

Once your return has been approved we will provide you with a return authorisation.

You will be required to cover any associated shipping charges to return the item/s and are responsible for ensuring the goods are received and are not damaged. All items need to be returned in original unused condition.

Should your item/s not be received in the required condition we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Any store credits issued are valid for a period of 3 months.

Please choose carefully when you are purchasing a sale item as refunds or exchanges are not available should you change your mind.
