All orders are shipped from our store/warehouse based in Townsville, Queensland 4814.

Due to the demand on Australia Post's services, from the 1st December we recommend choosing Express Shipping to help your order get to its destination as quickly as possible. We offer discounted Express Shipping rates to all of our customers.

All orders placed prior to 1pm Queensland time Monday to Friday have GUARANTEED same day dispatch. As we do not control the postal service we are unable to guarantee ANY delivery timeframes and are unfortunately unable to cancel or refund orders due to delivery delays caused by Australia Post.

Australia Post Express Shipping - from $14.95

*excludes bulky items


Are orders including one or more bulky/heavy items such as our wooden prams, nappy bags and wooden ride-on trucks.

Due to the significant cost to ship these items a small shipping charge is applicable on all bulky items regardless of order value and will be added to your shopping cart. This is a discounted shipping rate starting from $14.95.

For orders over $125 containing both regular items and bulky items only the bulky item shipping will be applicable. If you have any questions at all regarding the shipping on your order please contact us.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all our orders via Australia Post Regular or Express Parcel Service. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse store based in Townsville, Queensland, 4814 ALL orders place by 1pm AEST Monday to Friday are GUARANTEED to be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed outside this time/on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you offer In Store pickup?

We sure do! Our warehouse store is based in Townsville, Queensland. During the checkout process you will be able to select in store pickup. Orders will be ready for pickup within 1 hour when placed during business hours. Please refer to our Contact Us page for store opening times.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

We sure do. Curbside pickup is available during our business hours only. Just call us when you are on your way and we can get everything ready. Then call us again when you arrive and we can bring your order out to you.

Returns & Order Changes

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you have changed your mind, for any reason (including sizing), we will provide an exchange or store credit on full priced items only. Please contact us for a return authority which will include the details on our return process. It is the customers responsibility and expense to return the goods unused with tags/packaging.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

With the exception of pre-order items, phone us in store during our business hours on 07 4779 8198 or reply to your order confirmation email with your request. As long as your order hasn't already shipped we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Can I return an order if it takes too long to arrive?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or refund orders due to shipping delays as these are out of our control.

Can I cancel items I have pre-ordered?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel pre-orders. By placing an order for a pre-order item you are agreeing with terms of the pre-order. This includes any shipping estimates regarding delivery. Shipping estimates are a guide only based on the supplier information available to us at the time of release and not a guarantee of date of availability.
