How much is shipping + handling?
Shipping + Handling to all Australian States is a flat rate of $9.95 per order for regular orders.
Express Post Shipping is $12.95
Free Regular Shipping for orders over $150*

I need my order fast, do you have Express Post?
We sure do. Express Post for standard orders is $12.95. Place your order before 1pm QLD time and we guarantee your order will be shipped same day (excluding weekends/public holidays). Your order is being shipped from postcode 4814. We are outside the next day delivery zone for Australia Post so on average most Express Post deliveries take 1-2 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed by 1pm QLD are shipped the same day. Orders are shipped from postcode 4814 which is outside the next day delivery service. We allow up to 3 days for regular deliveries within Queensland, 5-7 days for Eastern states and up to 7-10 days for Western Australia. Express Post deliveries are 1-2 business days on average for all Australian States.
Is tracking provided?
All orders include tracking to delivery address. A signature on delivery is not required. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for parcels which are lost in transit.
Can I provide delivery instructions?
We know staying at home waiting for the postie can be a pain. If you have a safe place the postal service can leave your parcel if you are not home, please include the details when completing the checkout process. Please note the courier/postal service or Elle J cannot be held liable should your parcel suffer any loss or damage upon delivery. We are able to deliver to business addresses which may be a more convenient option.
Can I make a return?
You can make an exchange or return for store credit on all full priced items. You will need to make contact with us within 14 days of the date of purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange request. You can also phone us to discuss on 0747 798198. Once your return has been approved we will provide you with a return authorisation. The customer is required to cover any associated shipping charges to return the item/s and is responsible for ensuring the goods are received and are not damaged. All items need to be returned in original unused condition. Should this not be the case we reserve the right to not accept the item for return. Store credits are valid for a period of 3 months from issue.
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items for change of mind.
