“ Today I recieved the most amazing customer service I have ever had from the ladies in this store. I did not want to leave. Thank you again for all your help. 2.5 hours I was in Elle J for and the lady attending to me (Andrea) did not leave me the entire time. She was honest, understanding and genuine. I was looking for 4 outfits for totally different occasions and she managed to find me everything I needed and I loved them all. “Just a quick message to say I LOVE my new Vanchi backpack and Bub hasn’t even arrived yet. I use it whenever I’m out with Mr 3 yo and it is so great!!! I think I’ve actually saved money since having it because we pack loads of food and water bottles and all the pockets are so useful! My favourite is the side pockets that I can easily reach when it’s on my back to slip my phone or sunnies in without having to take the bag off my shoulders at all!!
